Cancellation Policy for Atlanta Face & Body

For Office Appointments and Procedures

We take pride in the appropriate reservations of your procedural date and time! Our priority is to schedule procedures that can be attended to with the utmost of care. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our patients as well. To continue providing you with exceptional care, please refer to our cancellation policy below, effective April 1, 2024.

Policy for non-surgical and surgical consultations and aesthetic services:

  • All appointments require a card on file.
  • Consultations with the Doctor requires a deposit of $100 that will be taken at the time of scheduling your appointment and will go towards your treatment.
  • Treatments with our medical aestheticians require a 50% deposit to schedule your first appointment. The remaining balance will be taken at the time of your first appointment.

Late Cancellations/Reschedules:

  • A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your procedure(s) will result in a non-refundable charge to your account of $50 that can be used towards another product or service.
  • We understand things happen, and as a courtesy, we will waive your first late cancellation.
  • Unpaid balances must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.

Late Arrivals/No-Shows:

  • A patient is considered as a no-show when they are 15 minutes late without prior notice or misses an appointment without cancelling. Late arrival is defined as more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment time.
  • In the event a patient is late, as defined by “late arrival,” to their appointment and cannot be seen by the provider on the same day, they will be rescheduled for a different day, if available.
  • Simply not showing on the day of the procedure will result in a non-refundable charge to your account of $50 that cannot be used towards any products or services.
  • All treatments provided at no cost will be forfeited if no-show.

Please Note: If you have tested positive for COVID-19, we require your appointment to be rescheduled 2 weeks from positive test date.
