Your surgical journey always begins with a conversation, and Haley Roberts is a big part of many of those conversations. In fact, other than performing your procedure, Haley proudly partners with you virtually every step of the way. She conducts consultations, explains all facets of the surgical process, schedules procedures, and basically serves as a trusted liaison from start to finish.
Haley grew up in Jefferson, Georgia. Though she admits aesthetics weren’t really on her radar at first, working in some form of medical-related field was. While working in labor and delivery at a hospital later on, a friend in a different field would soon be the catalyst to change Haley’s trajectory in more of an aesthetic direction.
“I was friends with an anesthesiologist who owns a dermatology practice with her husband,” Haley said. “They needed some help and approached me about it. That’s how I got started in the aesthetics side of things. I thought it was fun right away.”
While in that new role, she learned much about the science behind a myriad of skin conditions and how the right skin care or treatment can make a world of difference.
“It’s amazing how complex it all is,” Haley said. “I loved learning about all the different ways you can make people feel better about themselves with just changing their skin care or adding different treatments.”
Haley later began working at a plastic surgery practice where she learned all about surgical procedures and enjoyed the same role as she does today at Atlanta Face & Body.
While she is knowledgeable on other treatments, such as our many med spa offerings, Haley’s real niche is helping steer surgical patients in the right direction with her vast knowledge.
“When I do consultations, I tell patients that I’m their friend along the way,” she said. “I just like helping them be happier and have more self-confidence after treatment or surgery. It’s so great seeing a change in the way they act when they feel better about themselves.”
Haley’s seen her share of amazing transformations along the way, but one patient in particular sticks out.
“I had a patient who had surgery recently and had a really great result,” Haley said. “She was initially only going to do an upper and lower blepharoplasty. At the last minute, she decided to include Dr. Elizabeth’s Signature Lift. She just overall looks great and is so happy now.”
Aside from surgery, Haley is a fan of many treatment options. But one in particular is a frontrunner in her mind.
“I really like PRX facial,” she said. “You have an overall glow the next day. It’s like instant results, so it’s really wonderful.”
In her spare time, Haley loves to travel, hike, and spend time with her family and two dogs. She’s also currently completing her psychology degree at Kennesaw State University.
