How much recovery time is needed with a Signature ProfileLift Facelift?
For the first few days after your procedure, you’ll be instructed to wear a compression bandage over the treatment area. During this time, you will likely experience some swelling, bruising, and discomfort, but these typically diminish in as little as a week in many cases. Dr. Elizabeth may prescribe antibiotic ointment to apply to incision areas to prevent any possible infection. Also, we recommend that you avoid any prolonged sun exposure or getting the treatment area excessively wet for a few days. Most men return to work in about a week following their surgery.
